Christmas Wishes

Friday 19th December 2014

WorkshopsWe hope you’ve enjoyed all the ideas and inspiration that we’ve bought you this year.

So many of you enjoyed our Midsummer Quilt in a day and shared your pictures with us.

Amongst the WORKSHOPS you’ve watched quilts in all shapes, sizes and designs, bags, pincushions, tablemats, bunting, cushions, hand quilting, the quillow. We’ve demonstrated hand quilting, painting, snowballs and shoo fly, beading, Shibori Tie Dying, flying geese, applique in different forms, monoprinting, paperbeading, pinweaving, t-shirt painting, diamonds, screen printing, recycling, paper piecing to name a few and even pizza topping!.

Valerie’s been OUT AND ABOUT at some very interesting exhibitions including the Singerie, Water Water, SAQA Textile, coded:decoded Prism and London Quilters Exhibitions as well as popping into The Bramble Patch and Lady Sew and Sew for you.

And there have been many, many TIPS AND TECHNIQUES as we help you to learn and develop your skills. Don’t forget you can share with us how you’ve put all of these to good use in your projects

And we’ve plenty more where all that came from  for next year. …. those of you who have read the blog, or seen on Facebook, will know that Valerie’s already been out and about filming and has a busy Diary already lined up for next year to bring  you a wealth of information and inspiration at your fingertips…..

So, if you want a quiet place to escape for a few minutes this Christmas, come back and catch up with the videos you’ve missed over the year – the videos are here for you 24 hours a day!
