New Block of the Month

Wondering what project to make in 2018?  Well how about this fantastic Navajo Blanket Quilt designed by Anne Baxter which will be our new Block of the Month quilt starting in January.  In this week’s video Anne talks to Valerie about the various elements/stages/sections of the quilt which will be shared with you on a monthly basis.   As there are also a variety of patchwork techniques covered while making the quilt, you could consider this to be a sampler quilt.  The fabric requirements list is also given, so you can start planning / shopping / sorting your stash. Watch Now+

Talking of New Year projects, Valerie’s MIdsummer Jelly Roll Mystery is now available to buy as a complete pattern and comes with 1 month’s membership to, so you can watch the accompanying videos as you make the quilt. 

The quilt finishes approx 55"x45" and has been designed to be used with 2.5" strips of fabric. This pattern can be sewn by hand or by machine. We think this would also make a great gift for a friend this Christmas. More Info+
