Paula shares with us this lovely quilt pattern, that is based on the simple 9-patch block and uses clever colour placement to create the woven effect. Attic Windows with Valerie Nesbitt
You can achieve the simple visual illusion of looking through a window simply by the use of a light and a dark fabric and using a 45 degree angle where they meet (similar to a mitred corner).
