If you are feeling British and patriotic we  have a great workshop from Anne Baxter to create a Faded Flag cushion (but it has been done in all sorts of colours – so you could be bold and brave).

There is also another idea in the shop patterns section. – Union Flag by Liz Hands – that uses 2 ½” strips (or a jelly roll)

Midsummer Mystery Quilt

The mystery quilt went live but don’t worry you haven’t missed it;  all the 10 sections are still on the site and you can access them all with easy links from each part  – but don’t peep!!!  We have received some great pictures of the finished articles – thanks ladies –  and will be building a secret gallery for them.

New Today

Today we have the final part of the Water Water Exhibition up on the site with Kate Findlay acting as our very informative hostess – if you missed the earlier sections they are still on the site, with easy links from today’s video.

Book of the Month

Our Book of the Month is the latest in a series created by Brandywine, and called Critter Hollow. There 3 delightful quilts, using fused appliqué (again check our Valerie’s video on the subject of how to create these lovely fused pictures using the appliqué mat, and postage is free in the UK for the month of July
