If you want to see what others have already made, you can click here for the Show & tell page. As you can see colour options are limitless. The cushion looks great in faded floral colours, in traditional blue/red/white and also in modern versions of cream/taupe or purple/lime, and modern animal prints.

Note: Anne mentions some ‘Magic Paper’ that was around at the time, but sadly we can no longer get hold of it;  so you will need to resort to more traditional foundation paper which needs removing! If you can’t find any locally you can get in touch with my friends at Creative Quilting throught their website, just click here.

More about Anne Baxter

Anne lives in rural Devon, in a thatched cottage, which she shares with her husband and two dogs. Her patchwork decorates the house throughout. You can’t help but be inspired surrounded by her work and all those old beams.
