Description

As the New Year rolls around once more we’ve decided to give you a bit of a mystery to solve to get 2020 started with a bang. Our jelly roll Mystery quilt has 10 parts and was running throughout January. You can find first part by clicking here.

And as that month began with a J, we decided to feature a few different Jelly Roll projects. These included a workshop on Jelly Roll rug making with Valerie Nesbitt to produce a stunning design. This video is available on our website by clicking here. Val also brought us a scrap Jelly Roll workshop later in the month. To enjoy this video just click here.

Knitting expert Fiona Goble returned to show us how to use the mattress stitch. You can open this video by clicking here. Nancy Adamek gave us another of her excellent English Paper Piecing workshops, that time entitled City Lights. This workshop is also available on our website by clicking here.

Jennie Rayment paid us a New Years visit when she created a lovely Ipad cover using a Native American inspired Seminole design. To enjoy this video just click here. Whilst Lorna Bateman gave us an embroidery workshop as she showed us the double-sided cast-on. You can find this workshop by clicking here.

The Stitch Witch, aka Lynette Harris, returned to our studios with a lovely Sashiko needle and scissor case project. To enjoy this video just click here. Whilst our Technique Thursday video for January, featured Val, who was showing us a scrap quilt using the simple but effective, snowball block. This workshop is available on our website too by clicking here.
