You can never start too early for Christmas, so we brought you Christmas in July. We started the month making Felt Holly leaves with the help of the very creative felting specialist, Gillian Harris of Gilliangladrag fame. You can find this video by clicking here.

Later in the month Kate Percival showed us how to make delightful decorative wool Gingerbread men. This video is available on our website by clicking here. Then Valerie folded Christmas tree decorations (video is here) and Mandy Shaw – the Queen of Christmas –  had a very personal twist on Christmas Advent Calendars (video is here).

On a non-festive note, we featured a short introduction to a beautiful design by Jennie Rayment called Fanadoo. Jennie tought it at a Justhands-on.tv retreat in November. This video is also available on our website by clicking here.

July also saw us reach the final part of Anne Baxter’s Navajo blanket quilt project, as in part 7 she put the whole project together. To open this workshop just click here. There was a new workshop from Valerie Nesbitt, full of useful tips. In that workshop she used Lewis and Irene fabrics to create a delightful Chievely quilt and the pattern for which is a free download. This video is available on our website by clicking here.
