Videos were available from 7 October. On Friday October 7th, Valerie Nesbitt talked to Sylvia Critcher about the inspiration and ideas behind her fabulous designs and in particular they discuss the use of mood boards to capture those brilliant ideas as they pop into your head. Jennie Rayment also has some excellent inspiration as she tells us how to create a lovely Star of David design.
Then a week later on Friday October 14th, we reach part 13 of Jennie’s Stripy, Stripey, Story Quilt. In this part Jennie will be discussing how to add applique to your completed rows. Val will show us how to make use of some fabulous mini Simplicity templates. Small enough to fit on your key ring but brilliant for creating some wonderful scrap quilts.
