Description
Crocheting a simple Arcade Square is the foundation of a beautiful blanket.
Jane Czaja demonstrates how to create this fantastic pattern using double, half-treble and treble crochet stitches. Indeed combining theses with chains and working into the chain space produces effective shells.
Using Sirdar Colour Wheel or King Cole Curiosity wool has the advantage of changing colour without having to sew the ends in. Whilst cherry picking the wool for your outside borders finishes off the blanket.
Jane gives simple tips to identify the right and wrong side of your work.
