This month Claire Campion is back in the studio with an excellent method for making multiple, perfect Half Square and Quarter square patchwork triangles which are used in so many quilt designs.
Our crochet expert, Jane Czaja, joins us again and this time she has something just right for a cold November evening with this lovely Chevron scarf project.
Valerie Nesbitt is also with us in November showing us a brilliant Stitch and Flip technique using up your old scraps to create lovely patchwork projects.
Our tip Thursday for November features textile artist Dionne Swift talking about the advantages of the convertible machine foot that she likes to use for her work.
And in November, we are trying something a bit different by offering you our first ASMR video – This is a type of video that triggers a tingling sensation, for example, the crinkling of paper or popping of bubble wrap. It’s a big thing on the internet now, so we thought we’d try it with the warm hum of a sewing machine – see what you think.

About the Tutor
Valerie is the founder and Creative Director of justhands-on.tv , as well as our very own ‘Queen of Scrap’. She founded Creative Quilting, a quilt shop in Hampton Court, where she still teaches to this day.
Jayne is an expert at helping people understand what machine right for them, as well as teaching how to make innovative stitches on their sewing machine, opening up a whole new world of creativity.
Dionne paints with stitches to create dynamic, vibrantly coloured textiles. Her needle becomes her pen and thread her ink. The scale, emotion, and energy of her landscapes are inspirational.
Claire Campion is a modern quilt designer and award winning teacher. You will be inspired by her Walking Foot Quilting techniques.
Crochet is Jane’s passion. She is a technical editor for “Inside Crochet” magazine, and runs regular crochet workshops so others can learn and be inspired.
