On Friday March 17th 2017 we met designer, Joanna Smith-Ryland and saw her remarkable patchwork and leather bags. Also on Friday 17th, Valerie herself brought us a great new workshop based around a lovely pattern called Box of Stars. Then a week later, on Friday March 24th 2017, we got another new workshop from Valerie. On this workshop she showed us how to make a lovely Autumn Bumbleberries quilt, from a free downloadable pattern designed by Sally Ablett for Lewis and Irene.
