On 15th April, Janet Clare introduces us to her beautiful new Wordsmith Fabrics and tells Valerie about her inspiration and techniques for creating these superb designs. Meanwhile, Jennie Rayment makes her a cup of tea – shows us how to keep the pot lovely and warm with her perfect Tea Cosy.
Then on Friday 22nd April, we reach part 2 of Jennie’s fabulous new Stripy, Stripey Story Quilt. You did the Night Sky in part 1 – now it’s time to tackle some Flying Geese in part 2. Also on the 22nd, Valerie Nesbitt introduces us to the techniques to create a beautiful eight-pointed star.
Friday, April 29th, Valerie helps us to get to grips with Mitred Corners in this very useful and informative workshop. We also visit the beautiful studio of expert quilter Paula Doyle who gives us the essential tips and techniques of machine tying.
