A quick and easy way to finish your project that avoids using any binding.
Fast edging for your patchwork projects
This is a great little tip for all those projects (including quilts – I used it on my Trip Around the World quilt) that don’t need too much quilting once they have been turned. No need for additional fabric for the binding and you can always stitch round, close to the edge are part of your quilting, to give the impression of binding.
This tip is extracted from a longer video where I made a tablemat with the Tiger Tiger pattern from Oakshott fabrics.
