6 students attended the justhands-on.tv weekend of textile printing fun last weekend. It was held at one of our most popular weekend venues, the Langstone Quays, situated on the edge of Chichester Harbour.

It didn’t matter that it was very wet and windy outside, these ladies had hours upon hours of fun designing table runners, lamp shades, cards, even fabric for forthcoming quilting weekends using printing blocks and ink with tuition given by Holly from Arty Craft Place.  We had to drag these ladies out for meals and some even went back after dinner on the Saturday to finish what they were doing so they were ready to start another project in the morning. Take a look at some of the completed projects below

We had a family group join us this time. It is really nice seeing different generations coming together for a relaxing weekend with us learning new skills. Sarah, was joined by her 2 daughters and  told us they had a ‘marvellous’ time with us, just the three of them away from the interruptions of home. Here are Sarah’s lampshades back home and in full use!

Why not come and join us and escape for the weekend at one of our upcoming retreats – you’ll find full details here.  And, our programme for 2021 is almost complete so watch this space for more retreats to come!
