We had the first part of a 2-part Gelli-printing workshop from Jamie Malden of Colouricious. She showed us the what, why and how of this exciting textile printing process enabling you to create your own beautiful designs. You can find this workshop by clicking here.

We also had a workshop with Valerie Nesbitt. She showed us one of her favourite techniques to create a beautiful quilt complete with an unusual appliqued heart design. This is a great way to use up your scraps or you can use new fabrics, whichever you prefer. So, this video is available on our website by clicking here.

On Friday 28th July 2017, we returned to the studios of Colouricious for part 2 of Jamie Malden’s Gelli printing workshop. In this workshop she showed us how to embellish the gelli printing designs created in part one. You can also find this workshop on our website, just click here.

We were very excited to started a new series on Knitting with our expert Rosee Woodland. Over the next few weeks she was covering the knitting basics and on Friday 28th 2017 we started with casting on. You can find it by clicking here.
