Description
Once you have made your blocks you need to put them together to form a quilt. In this workshop Sallieann talks about the sashing and the borders. You may need to adjust the sashing to be the same size as your block.
Lay the blocks out on a design surface (table or floor both work well)in a pleasing manner and you will have 3 across x 4 down, you can follow Sallieann’s suggested layout or create one of your own.
Once you have added the sashing and the cornerstones (which are really useful as them help keep the sashing straight) then you can add the borders; again Sallieann recommends measuring your quilt and cutting the borders so that the borders fit.
