Description
A block quilt originally designed by Sally Ablett for the Winter Garden range of fabrics. Although Valerie has recreated it with a more autumnal feel with these lovely fabrics.
A simple block created using strips of fabric. By placing vertical and horizontal blocks the overall pattern develops.
In this quilt feature fabrics provide the scarecrow element with a variety of fabrics.

About the Tutor
Valerie is the founder and Creative Director of justhands-on.tv , as well as our very own ‘Queen of Scrap’. She founded Creative Quilting, a quilt shop in Hampton Court, where she still teaches to this day.
