Description
This replaces a regular rotary cutter blade, giving an instant pinked edge.
Using the rotary cutter (rather than pinking scissors) is so much easier to create a pinked edge which is useful to prevent fraying.
Ideal for edging of bunting triangles, for creating scrap strips for use when making decorative wreaths.
