Video trailer about workshops, which were published from 21 April to 4 May 2017.
Description
On Friday April 21st Issy Saulet of Creative Quilting introduced us to Terial Magic, a remarkable liquid spray stabilizer that replaces stitch and tear. Video about Terial Magic is available by clicking here. We also returned to the studios of Colouricious for a really interesting workshop on how to block print on to fabric. This workshop was created because Colouricious founder, Jamie Malden at that time runed through some key techniques with Val Nesbitt. And it is also available on our website, just click here.
Then a week later, on Friday April 28th 2017, Valerie brought us a super new tip. She used two of her favourite things, half-square triangles and scraps, to some lovely grid-based heart shapes. This workshop you can find by clicking here. On the same day we returned to the West Country Quilt Show for an interview with Paula Simpson from the group Threaded Together. She showed Faye Hatcher their beautiful themed exhibition stand called a Child of the Sixties. Interview is available by clicking here.
