We met textile artist Mary Gamester. We recorded this interview at the West Country Quilt and Textile Show in 2016. On Friday 8th September 2017 we returned to our lovely knitting series and a super film from expert knitter, Rosee Woodland. She shared her 5 top hints and tips for choosing your yarn. It was a very useful guide for both beginners or more advanced knitters who just want to check their choices. This video is available on our website, just click here.

Plus, we joined quilter Carolyn Forster for part two of her series on Hand Piecing patchwork. In this section Carolyn showed us how to speed up things up by cutting our shapes with a rotary cutter, instead of by hand, and reminded us to add a seam allowance.
