This delightful lighthouse is designed to fit at 14in block, which you can then turn into a cushion, and uses clamshell patchwork for the waves .
The techniques covered include English Paper Piecing which is used for the clamshells, and fused applique for the boat. The pattern comes with full instructions and ready-to-use reversed templates for the fused applique lighthouse. A great way to use up scraps.
