Who doesn’t love hexagons?! And if you don’t have time for the traditional hand sewing, Oliven have designed a table runner, which is built as log cabin around a hexagon.
This is suitable for confident beginners and is based on a variation of the log cabin block, just that the strips go round a hexagon centre.
The kit contains full instructions with coloured photographs, all of the fabric to make the top of the runner and binding (you will also need wadding and backing fabric).
