Another super selection of fabrics designed by Makower plus another clever pattern from Lynne Goldsworthy to create some delightful fun cushions. The pattern is a free download.
Lynne Goldsworthy has designed these cushions to be bound – so work like a little quilt – and with an envelope back – so no zip.
Valerie talks you through the modern way of creating fast, but accurate, quarter-square triangle units that Lynne has used around the panels; give you help with the technique of ‘squaring up’ the units, and also talks about the simple quilting options; plus these is help with adding the binding and creating perfect mitred corners – all on the sewing machine!
