Description
This handy tote bag used hexagons to create the pretty design across the top.
This bag combines some of Sue’s favourite techniques- embroidered hexagons; machine quilting and a quilt-as-you-go construction method, which is easy but effective.
The emboridery on the bag was inspired by a holiday to the West Country where the hedgerows are full of beautiful wild flowers.
The bag is given an added twist by having some gaps where the hexagons join, but is still strong enough to carry a normal amount of ‘stuff’.
