Description
Jennie shares with you how to make this traditional favourite with the new rotary cutting templates.
Traditional Favourite can use scraps or Jelly Roll
This traditional favourite works well in scraps and uses 2 1/2″ strips as well as background fabric as well as colour co-ordinated (and unlike Shelagh you don’t have to make two!)
Rotary Cutting helps with accuracy
This is a challenging pattern but with the help of the rotary cutting templates and this wonderful workshop from Jennie and provided you can sew an accurate 1/4″ seam allowance, you too could make this traditional favourite.
The main template is the Double Wedding Ring set but there is an additional single arc for those who want to cut either from a single piece of fabric (another design option) and/or check your accuracy once all those little pieces have been sewn together.
‘Y’ Seam Technique
There is a Y seam technique involved with this and if you need a refresher course on this click here.
