Starting 14th March 2022 – Janome and justhands-on.tv are launching a new, FREE video series called The Makers Studio.
Each episode of The Makers Studio will feature one of the UK’s leading textile artists who will walk us through how to make their specialist project.
There will be an in-depth tutorial, discussion between the Artist and host covering a range of topics from their creative motivations to personal stories, and then a round table talk about the finished project with two industry experts: Jayne Brogan (Janome technical expert and Regional Manager) and Valerie Nesbitt (Quilting expert and Founder of justhands-on.tv).
The first episode will feature Dionne Swift, an internationally exhibiting artist, tutor and author, who creates dynamic, stitched textiles using a vibrant mix of threads, colours and textures. To watch this episode click here
