WIN AN AUTUMN QUILTING RETREAT WEEKEND with justhands-on.tv
How would you like to win a weekend away at justhands-on.tv’s most popular quilting retreat, worth £395?
We want to give something back to the community. We are very passionate about people sharing their work and inspiring others within the quilting community. To achieve this we will be running a prize draw that will give readers of the Regional Guild magazines an opportunity to do just this. One lucky person will have the treat of a weekend away as a result!
The draw is open exclusively to Guild members who read about it their regional Guild magazines.
The retreat takes place on 17-18 October 2020 at the luxurious Langstone Quays Resort Hotel, Hayling Island, Hampshire. You’ll enjoy either a fat ¼ friendly weekend with Sarah Soward and Pauline Bolt, or work with Valerie Nesbitt and bring along your UFO’s, WIP’s and PhD’s or be inspired by a project of hers.
The prize includes
- 1 x overnight stay in a double room with single occupancy at the Langstone Quays Resort hotel for 1 person on 17-18 October 2020.
- Classes on both days from 10am-4pm;
- 2 days hot and cold finger buffet lunch with dinner served in the Restaurant and a buffet breakfast on Sunday
- Coffee, tea and refreshments each day.
- Kits/ materials are not included but you will be sent requirements for the course ahead of time. There is also a spa and you are welcome to enjoy the use of all its facilities during your stay, so you can use the gym or just relax by the pool and enjoy a quiet moment in the jacuzzi, the choice is yours!
- Accommodation is available on the Friday night at a special rate at the winner’s expense, should you wish to arrive a day early.

To enter, all you have to do is
- Email a picture of a recently finished project and a short description of it to retreats@justhands-on.tv,
- Please include your name, email address and the name of your Regional Guild Magazine where you saw the competition details.
The competition closes on 30th June 2020.
Justhands-on.tv will share a selection of the pictures received in a gallery on the website from all the competition entries, so that everyone can enjoy them and be inspired.
The winner will be drawn at random from all the entries on 7th July 2020.
