Valerie uses up thin strips of fabric to create a knitted rug. If you know how to crochet then this is also an option. The trick is how to join the strips when they are so thin, and Valerie has a couple of suggestions. Claire’s tip is a reminder to quilt from the centre of the quilt, in order to ensure the quilting is even. The three layers of a quilt can shift during the quilting process. Subsequently starting from the centre evens out the quilting. Watch Now+
