Description

A traditional favorite

This traditional pattern is an absolute favorite whether you use two colors or the four shown in the thumbnail.

This video will take you through rotary cutting and strip piecing techniques. Then, you’ll learn how to piece the little segments together and pin them accurately to have accurate seams joining.

The strip-piecing technique demonstrated in this video makes the whole quilt top quickly. Bear in mind when you do this that the colors on the outside are the two that make the rail fence. This also applies when you use even more colors!

This block can be sewn by hand or by machine. Check out the workshop notes for more information on this.
