A festive wallhanging stitched in simple redwork – which is really just a backstitch.
This simple picture is easy to stitch and the pattern has instructions for a wallhanging but it could easily be made into a cushion as well. Mandy has used linen as a background, but again calico or osnaburgh could also be used.
