Description
This delightful pattern is a mixture of stitchery and simple 9-patch blocks of patchwork.
The stitchery patterns are of adorable little buildings taken from an imaginary village in Suffolk, England called ‘Elfin Patch’; some of the houses have a toadstool roof, others are thatched and some are round – there is also an Elfin Church.
The stitchery patterns have been designed by Doti Doodle who lives in Suffolk and who is a former art teacher.
The instructions in the pattern have been written by Karen Hellaby – owner of Quilters Haven and an author of quilting in her own right.
