Yo-Yo’s are another name for Suffolk Puffs and these toys hark back to a different era when we used scraps and nicker elastic!   But don’t let that put you off;  they are simple to make;  really look great in any fabrics and are so safe to play with (and they use up bits of wadding too if you like!)
