Another quick and easy weekend quilt that you can make any size depending on the fabrics you start with.
Valerie shows you how to create this quilt using just three fabrics – well, two that have quantity and then a small accent square. So not much needed there.
In the original quilt she was inspired by the wonderful seascape fabric, then realised how easy it is to create so went on to make the very quick children’s quilt with 1930’s inspired fabric.
Simple rotary cutting and a small amount of strip piecing, together with BIG strips of fabric, and you can make this easily in an afternoon! No need to worry about accurate seam allowance. Anything goes as this is your quilt!!! (and great if you are used to metric as well!)
