Another Scrap Braid patchwork idea
In this little project Kim introduces how to make braid strips, which you can then rescale to make larger quilts. They are also a great way of using up your own scraps, but you can purchase a colour co-ordinated kit from Kim, if you want to make a start.

More about Kim Shaw
Kim lives in Suffolk and has a passion for National Trust venue Sutton Hoo. So back in 2004 responding to an invitation from the National Trust she made a quilt entitled Impressions of Sutton Hoo. This quilt has since been purchased by them and continues to be on display.
