If any of you are going to the Festival of Quilts or are planning to do workshops, you will find Lynne there teaching for the Husqvarna team.

Lynne also starts teaching her new programme of City & Guilds patchwork 7717.62 (formerly Part 1/7922) in September both at Midsomer Quilting and at The University of Bristol.

The Midsomer programme will be held on Thursdays 10am-4pm and will run for 2 years. Midsomer Quilting can be found at Norton Green Garden Centre, Chilcompton, Somerset BA3 4RR

The course at the University of Bristol Botanic Garden is held in the Linnaeus Study Room on Hollybush Lane Stop Bishop Bristol BS9 1JB and is an evening course, Tuesdays 6.30pm-9.30pm; obviously this is ideal for those who work and the course will run over three years.

The University says: ‘All courses are held in the Linnaeus Study room, a recently refurbished coach-house set in the delightful grounds of the University’s Botanic Gardens. The site has facilities for disabled learners, a small car park (and further car-parking on nearby quiet roads). Refreshments are available, but there is no cafe on site (yet)!’
