TASTER: 4 Patch Diamond Scrap Quilt with Valerie Nesbitt
FREE Tasters (Quilting) • Educational, G, 22-Jul-2022
This quilt is made entirely using fabrics from the stash but is also particularly good for busting your scrap pile.
Valerie shows us a beautiful quilt made from a basic four patch and stitch and flip squares. In addition the size of the quilt is flexible, dependant on the size of the four patch used.
She reminds us how to make a stitch and flip block. Suggesting that the size of the stitch and flip corners can vary and become a design feature.
We know Valerie loves to use up every scrap from her patch-working. For this quilt she creates a fantastic border from the stitch and flip off-cuts.
There will be workshop notes for the subscribed viewers.
