Karen Crookes completes with the assembly of her beautiful Sugar and Spice quilt project.
Karen demonstrates the quilt sandwich method, using the quilt block, wadding and some nice bright coloured backing fabric.
There are lots of valuable tips in this video, including: stitching in the ditch, for not ruining the embroidery, holding the layers together by stitching round the edge of the block with a scant eighth of an inch seam, sashing and choosing the optimal type of thread.
