Videos were available from 17th February 2017. On Friday, February 17th, we introduced ourselves to Tesselated Zig Zag’s by Valerie Nesbitt, a beautiful technique much easier than the complicated name suggests.
Valerie also mets up with expert quilter Angela Madden. “Surprising Silhouettes” is the inspiration behind her brand new book. There are lots of great new patterns and ideas in this book. Then a week later, Valerie was back with some beautiful fabrics from Oak shot, with which she showed us an exciting technique called Paths and Stiles. We also got a great free tip from Dawn Cameron-Dick. The author explained how and why we might use quarter-inch square triangles for our patchwork.
