‘Mizmaze’ is a wonderful quilt design. Careful placement of colour and block orientation creates a striking nesting diamond and square geometric effect.
The pattern uses traditional patchwork piecing so having some patchwork experience will make this project easier. The techniques are simple to learn though, making it suitable for all experience levels.
The pattern is printed in full colour and includes colour photographs, detailed layout diagrams, fabric requirements and cutting lists. Detailed block diagrams show the exact arrangement of fabrics and lots of supporting photographs. This means that you can confidently re-create Janet’s design. The pattern also guides you through cutting your fabric, preparing and piecing the blocks. In addition, there are notes on preparing the quilt backing, wadding, layering up and binding.
