Great for borders or framing your block. The templates has two sets of markings. The cutting measurements for your strips runs down the centre and the markings on the side tell you the finished size of the blocks.
She also gives some ideas for patterns and designs – showing you storm at sea as well as the 54/40 or Fight block.
If you want to create a border then you could just lob the ends straight. But if you wanted to accurately cut pieces to fit, then the template to use comes from the Tri-Recs set. Jennie reminds you that you do need mirror images though.
Again if you are used to working in metric – you just need to follow the numbers that give you.
