Description

Suffolk puffs are often used to decorate quilts and other textile projects.  They are wonderful and simple and create a great 3D effect. You’ll be amazed at what these can be used for. They are also a great use of fabric scraps.

This has been taken from a longer video on how to make a Yo-Yo Caterpillar.  There are lots of other toys available too and there is also Yo-Yo Santa.
