Valerie talks you through the pattern, which is a free download, and shares some useful tips – such as pay attention that you get your printer to print at 100%.  She also shows you how to layer cut, safely using the paper templates, and flat headed pins.

The delightful fabric wedge shape has been sashed with small 1/2inch sashing, and Valerie has a great tip for ensuring that this is really precise.

Makower tell us that the Fern Garden range of fabrics  is inspired by interior home décor trends. These stylish botanical fern prints will bring a horticultural feel to your projects.

In refreshing shades of green and revitalising yellows they  are teamed with grey to bring serenity to your project.

Detailed botanical designs are complimented by flamingos and pineapples to bring this stylish collection to life. Coordinating geometric designs and coordinating colours from the  Linen Textures range  complete the collection.

This would also look wonderful in Christmas fabrics – it’s never too early!!
