Shirley’s style of applique has been influences by the Baltimore Album quilts of North American but she has given the work her own English Twist.     She is best known for her expertise in needle-turned applique, but in this book she also shares some of the other qpplique techniques – fused raw-edges and machine applique plus broderie perse.
