There’s something very personal about making a baby quilt -- whether you are making it for your child or as a gift for someone else’s child. It may be displayed as a wall hanging, used as a bed spread or used as an everyday blanket. What is certain is that your labour of love will be appreciated for generations. It is perfectly reasonable to have concerns about attending a weekend retreat and want to know more about safety procedures. We’ve had a number of people ask questions. As a result, we’ve done our due diligence regarding the hotels as well as evolved our safety procedures for the classroom. We’d like to share with you what we have learned and what we are doing differently.

Back at the beginning of the year, we launched an exclusive prize draw for readers of Regional Guild Magazines.  We wanted to give something back to the community as we are very passionate about people sharing their work and inspiring others within the quilting community.
