Personalised Easter cards – what a lovely idea. Tess shows you how you can print onto both card and fabric to create some delightful Easter cards (and later in the year for other occasions). She reminds us that you should always practise first on a small piece of fabric (or waste paper) and also shows how easy it is to change colour, or have a two-colour block print.  Watch Now+

How to Marble with Craig Joubert

Alternatively, if you are still feeling crafty, watch this very comprehensive workshop  from Craig as he shows you how easy it is to marble. Like the block printing, marbling can be be applied to most surfaces – from fabric, to tiles, leather, wood, cork, paper and cotton canvas. Folded Japanese Patchwork with Lesley Brankin

Lesley shares with us her secret passion for Folded Japanese Patchwork and makes good use of the double sided patchwork to create two patterns simultaneously.  She also shows you how to stitch the double sided pieces together with the really useful ladder stitch. Knitted Amigurumi pets with Fiona Goble

Fiona shares with us her trio of delightful little pets that can be knitted (they are more usually found crocheted).   She assures us that they are easy for beginners, as just simple knitting stitches are involved, together with standard yarn – preferably with some wool content – and small needles. In addition – just in time for Easter – she has shared with us a little chicken and his (or her) egg – again simple to knit, with patterns available to download. Watch Now+

Fly Stitch Embroidery Workshop with Niamh Wimperis

Niamh believes the fly stitch is a close cousin to the lazy daisy embroidery stitch. This is because it is created with a V stitch rather than a loop. She has used it here in the centre of leaves, to create pine branches and flowers.
