Sylvia has given a very comprehensive workshop on this. The little kit comes complete with all you will need (cushion pads are not included; nor are the coloured threads). The pattern template allows you a variety of project sizes - from the little heart and small square cushion, up to the more traditionally sized cushion.
This is a great introduction to trapunto and quilting and being handwork is very portable.
