Jennie: Have you got all your Christmas presents yet?? You could ask Father Christmas for a subscription to Justhands-on.tv and just mention that he will get a real bargain as it is still four months of fabulous viewing for the price of three months - just £15. How much better than a magazine as you can watch every stage of each workshop and enjoy close-up's of venues you may never be able to visit ..... and you can watch all the films for three months - at times that are convenient to you. ...

Val: The current appeal from Blue Peter is called Send a Smile and is to help children in developing coutnries around the world who have cleft pallets. They are asking that simple T-shirts be embellished with fun pictures, so that the children can wear these as in-hospital gowns. The T-shirts can be embellished with anything at all, including glitter, so what better than Kim Thittichai's Hot Spots - they are so washable. More info on the appeal can be found at...
