Val: If you have forgotten your password, you can ask the computer software to issue you with another one and in return you will get a series of letters and numbers, which are impossible to remember!! However, once you have logged in you can find a 'Change my Password' option at the top righthand side of your screen under the Members tab; so you can then type in something you can remember and is also easy to type! Another option is to ask us, and we'll get back to you.

Jennie made a great job of uploading all the new films and pages to the site last week (I know lots of you have already found them!)...

The Trapezoid ruler, the 45degree, 60 degree and 90 degree rulers have been specially designed by Creative Grids to be used with Jelly roll strips of fabric (2 ½”); these short video clips show you how to use them.

Jennie: Sleepless night, probably about 18+ hours blooming hard slog this week - everything else has gone to pot - haven't even been out for my morning trot BUT all the new stuff is up except of course the main film for my Log Cabin video - it will be corrected soon. Have got other bods in the case - they can wrestle. Also the pdf for the Log Cabin diagrams is not available yet - glitch in that too. Oh I do miss the old days when paper and pencil and Radio 4 and a good book were a lovely option...

Life is never simple - I have spent hours of effort getting site together for tomorrow - am now about to go and throw myself off the pier in Emsworth. Want to go and do sewing!

Jennie: Just spent some time loading the second part of the BOM on our site. For those doing it - #1 comes off on 24th so print it off now or you will loose it! Have just heard from Valerie who is not sunning self on warm beach in Majorca or it could have been Minorca but has just suffered grim storm, Poor hubby couldn't play golf and no Internet due to heavy weather so not possible for Valerie to watch all the amazing films that will be loaded on 24th Sept. All say...

Val: We are very excited to announce three wonderful kits that have been designed by Heather Harrison, a graduate of the Royal School of Needlework, that we are being allowed to sell here on the site. There is blackwork, crewel work and stumpwork - all three kits are Heather's own unique design and come complete with everything you need to make the project and, of course, excellent instructions.

Val: Last Friday we had another busy (and full) day filming with Jennifer Trollope and the wonders of the embellishing machine. If you thought you could only make felt scraps for brooches - think again! What a star Jennifer was and not just with her sewing skills - traffic meant she spent more than 6 hours in the car to join us!! Another star of the day was Kelly Aldridge - a graduate of the Royal School of Needlework showing us how to do stumpwork; this will be coming to your screens...
